Come join us for our 2022 Fall Fest! This is a Free event for the whole Family. We will start the morning off at 9:30 am with a 45 minute Mashup workout that will take place at Gypsy’s Saloon in Conshohocken. Following the work out will be Mini Pumpkin coloring for the kids, raffles and great giveaways! Plan to stay for an amazing brunch, a great day for the whole Family.

4 week Stroller Barre series includes 1 hour long Stroller Barre Class and an all day entrance pass to the beautiful Morris Arboretum. We recommend planning to stay after class to enjoy everything the Morris Arboretum has to offer!

Classes will take place every Tuesday starting November 1st through November 22nd.

Fit4Baby is designed specifically for moms-to-be, you can begin Fit4Baby at any point during your pregnancy as the workouts are scientifically based, purposeful, and designed to accommodate your changing body

This series is an 6 week long session running from Oct. 6th to Nov. 10th. Thursday nights (6pm-7pm) upstairs at The Tricycle Shop and Cafe in Conshohocken. The 60-minute workout includes cardio, strength, and core exercises and finishes with a relaxing meditation- everything you need during this precious time!

Moms that sign up for the series will receive a Free Fit4Baby Gift (Barre Ball, Workout band and Fit4Mom onesie.)

Single class Passes are welcome, Free Gift not included.

Stroller Strides® is a stroller-based fitness program for moms with little ones. Each 60-minute,total body workout incorporates power walking, strength, toning, songs and activities. Taught by certified instructors (who are also moms), it’s a great workout for any level of exerciser.

Stroller Barre® is a 60 minute cardio and strength interval class that brings together moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness and yoga. Stroller Barre® will help mom regain posture and alignment, increase flexibility and develop long, strong muscles.

Body Boost is a 60-minute, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) designed to challenge, empower, and energize. This class is moms-only (no kiddos!) and takes place in the early mornings and evenings to accommodate your busy schedule. Body Boost classes are intended for mamas who are at least 6 months postpartum (not recommended for pregnant or brand-new mamas due to the intensity of the classes)

Body Well is about the journey, meeting you where you are & challenging you to grow. This program runs in four- or eight-week sessions and includes small group fitness coaching, nutritional guidance, recipes + meal planners, community-based workouts, and weekly challenges to help you manage stress and sleep better. Body Well will focus on improving your physical and mental well-being with a community of mamas to support you every step of the way.

Fall Session starts September 13th, 2022. Classes will take place at Action Karate (1980 Butler Pike, Conshohocken) at 5:30am on Tuesdays/Thursdays and 6:30am on Saturdays.

Enjoy story time and coloring time for the kids! Kids can enjoy some play time after class while you catch up with other Moms. This class is Free, enrollment is requested.

Enrollment in work out class is not required.

Zumba instructor Dahlia will be joining our Strides 360 class for a 60 minute mashup! Stay after for some smoothies, kids activities, raffles and giveaways.
