Body Boost

Body Boost is a 60-minute, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) designed to challenge, empower, and energize. This class is moms-only (no kiddos!) and takes place in the early mornings and evenings to accommodate your busy schedule. For virtual classes, all participants will receive a Google Meet link to join class.
